Studies have shown that up to 70% of sales are made by the customer before they join your business, which is surprising.
I attended a number of seminars and reading a lot of articles touting the growing power mainly because consumers who lives on the Internet.

1. Be a great listener

2. Ask Questions

It turns out that you do not have the same perception as to what VIP meant. Because our questions, clarification has helped us to provide a solution which is consistent with what they want.
